Skope of Work

  • Engineering, Design, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning.

 

Project Objectives

  • The project aims to eliminate environmental pollutants in line with national and regional environmental commitments, improve refinery efficiency, and increase annual revenues. Executed under an EPCC contract, the project includes the construction of a Light Naphtha Hydrotreating Unit for sulfur removal from naphtha feed, a Benzene Reduction Unit to remove benzene from process feeds, a Hydrogen Production Unit to supply hydrogen for refining operations, Sulfur Recovery Units and associated treatment facilities for processing sour gases generated by other refinery units, as well as the production of diesel fuel compliant with international quality standards. Then the project comprises the construction of LNHT, BRU, GHT, HPU, SRU, AMN, SWS, TGT, and all required utility units.
