Implementation of a complete EPCC program for the development of new desulfurization and supporting process units at Shiraz Oil Refining Company, focused on upgrading product quality and enhancing environmental compliance.

Scope of Work

Front-End (basic) engineering and detailed design
Procurement and supply of equipment and materials
Construction and installation
Pre-commissioning execution and participation in start-up activities

Project Objectives

Amine Gas Treating Unit (AMN)
Sour Water Stripping Unit (SWS)
Sulfur Recovery Unit (SRU) with related utilities and offsite facilities
Middle distillate hydrotreating unit designed to process 26,000 barrels per day of gasoil, enabling production of Euro-5 compliant diesel
