Project Overview

• Execution of a comprehensive EPCC contract for product upgrading and environmental compliance enhancement at Tehran Oil Refining Company (Shahid Tondguyan Refinery), involving construction of new process units and revamping of existing facilities.

Scope of Work

• Detailed engineering design
• Procurement and supply of equipment and materials
• Construction and installation
• Pre-commissioning execution and start-up assistance
• Implementation of new processing units alongside modification of existing refinery systems

Project Objectives

• Removal of approximately 110 tons of sulfur per day from refinery-produced diesel
• Processing of 53,000 barrels per day of gasoil, upgraded to meet Euro 5 standards
• Treatment of 31,000 barrels per day of kerosene, upgraded to Euro 4 specifications
• Overall improvement of product quality through integration of new units and optimization of existing refinery processes
